Timeline & Scenes

The Timeline is where you construct your video's narrative. It gives you precise control over the flow and timing of your content.

Managing Scenes

• Add Scene: Click the + button at the end of the timeline to add a blank scene.
• Delete Scene: Select a scene and press the Delete key or use the context menu.
• Reorder: Click and drag scenes to move them to a different position in the video.

Trimming & Duration

Hover over the edge of any clip in the timeline. Your cursor will change to a drag handle. Click and drag left or right to shorten or extend the duration of the scene.

Transitions

Smooth out the change between scenes with transitions:

1. Click the small square icon between two scenes on the timeline.
2. Select a transition style (e.g., Fade, Slide, Zoom) from the menu.
3. Adjust the duration of the transition if needed.
