Roles and permissions
Collaborate with your team to create stunning videos. Zerixs Studio allows you to invite members, assign roles, and manage permissions securely.
Team Roles
Owner
Full control over the workspace, billing, and all projects. Can delete the workspace.
Admin
Can manage team members, brand kits, and integrations. Full project access.
Creator
Can create and edit projects. Cannot change billing or team settings.
Viewer
Read-only access to projects and assets. Cannot make changes.
Managing Members
Inviting Members
- Go to the Team section in the dashboard.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the email address and select a role.
- An invitation email will be sent immediately.
Updating Roles
Admins and Owners can change member roles at any time:
- Find the member in the team list.
- Click the role dropdown next to their name.
- Select the new role. Changes apply immediately.
